How it Works
A dedicated member of the StoryCause Donor Care Team will be assigned a portfolio of your mid-level donors. Your team will assist in training this Donor Experience Officer while we work collaboratively to create a communications stream - using mail, email and the telephone - to ensure these donors are getting personalized attention, stewardship and offers.
