Many non-profit organizations are great with their acquisition and everyday annual fund donors, and many have strong major gift teams helping to bring in large donations. But what about those donors in the middle? Are they getting the personalized attention they deserve and are you able to uncover those LAG donors who are potentially interested in doing more?

Major gift outreach typically involves one-to-one interactions, while general annual fund outreach targets a broader audience through one-to-many communication. Ideally, mid-level outreach functions on a one-to-some basis. With our Donor Experience Officer program, StoryCause presents a valuable opportunity to significantly enhance engagement with your mid-level donors.  The goals of the program include:

How it Works

 A dedicated member of the StoryCause Donor Care Team will be assigned a portfolio of your mid-level donors. Your team will assist in training this Donor Experience Officer while we work collaboratively to create a communications stream - using mail, email and the telephone - to ensure these donors are getting personalized attention, stewardship and offers.
